Cooking Demo to Benefit Louie's Kids

On the second Wednesday of each month, King Street Kitchen Company holds cooking demonstrations featuring some of Charleston's finest chefs. This month's special guest is Executive Chef Nico Romo from Fish Restaurant.  He will prepare a local poached egg dumpling with goat cheese on duck confit from Fish's new Summer Menu.  You will learn from a masterful chef, while sipping a glass of wine in a dream kitchen, and take home delicious recipes all for a good cause.  Your $15 ticket price will benefit Louie's Kids, a non-profit that raises funds to help treat childhood obesity.  Warning: you may feel the overwhelming "need" to remodel your own kitchen!
